(using a prefabricated concrete staircase called a "Bilco"**)

*Entrance to the basement

** Or, if you prefer, as I do, a "Bilko"

The ground will be re-graded to bring it up to the level
of the bulkhead and the house foundations.

INSTALLING NEW FOOTING DRAINS
(The old ones were clogged with roots and other detritus)

Overnight protection for wandering wildlife (and little kids?)

ENLARGING CURTAIN DRAIN AT BASE OF STONE WALL IN THE BACKYARD

Maneuvering the backhoe delicately to avoid the electric bear fence and the bird feeders
